What does a dedicated desk in Zug cost?
A personally assigned, numbered desk costs between CHF 400 and CHF 550 per month depending on the work zone. The difference comes from floor area per workstation, quietness and through traffic, not from the equipment, which is identical in all four zones.

Ten lockable, furnished offices from 8.9 to 51.3 m² for two to ten people. Each one can be selected individually on the interactive floor plan.

Charged separately are only parking (CHF 100/month), the drinks package (CHF 50/month) and the business address (CHF 100 or CHF 180/month). There is no set-up fee and no service charge.
What is the minimum term?+
The minimum term is 3 months, after which one month’s notice applies. We charge no deposit on fixed and flex desks; private offices carry a deposit of one month’s rent. There is no annual lock-in.
Why do the four work zones cost different amounts?+
Pricing follows the use and quiet rules of each work zone. Hybrid Connect allows short, quiet calls (CHF 400). Team + Community is the communicative zone with the lounge and both call booths (CHF 470). Quiet Work provides 16 fixed and 2 flex desks by the north windows; calls take place only in enclosed rooms (CHF 500). Silent Focus is entirely call-free, has no through traffic and includes its own lockers (CHF 550).
Is VAT included?+
No. All prices are quoted excluding VAT. The applicable VAT treatment is set out in the contract.
