B14 is the largest room at 51.3 m² with its own entrance, suitable as a team office. Every office can be selected individually on the interactive floor plan, with current availability.
Why the motorway location rather than Zug city centre?

Baar-Neufeld sits directly on the motorway link between Zug and Zurich, which matters if your clients arrive by car, around 15 parking spaces are available at the building for CHF 100 per month. A furnished, lockable private office at WorkZug in Zug costs CHF 700 to CHF 2'500 per month depending on size. The smallest room (B23) measures 8.9 m² for 2 workstations, the largest (B14) 51.3 m² for 8 to 10. All prices are all-inclusive and exclude VAT.
What is included in the rent?+
Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, furniture, use of the kitchen and lounge, meeting-room booking via the internal calendar and access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A business address with mail acceptance can be added for CHF 100 per month.
How quickly can we move in?+
The offices are available immediately; move-in is usually possible within seven days. The minimum term is three months with one month's notice thereafter. Pick the office on the floor plan, send an enquiry, after the availability check you receive the contract digitally.
Can we use the address for the commercial register?+
Renting premises gives your company a contractual right of use and therefore the basis for its own registered domicile rather than a c/o address. Whether the entry is made that way in your specific case is decided by the commercial register office of canton Zug; we clarify this with you before signing.
