1. Controller

2. Data processed

When you submit an enquiry we process in particular your name, company, email address, phone number, the unit you are interested in, the appointment or rental start date, contract language, payment preference, message, language and an internal reference number. Technically, your IP address, the time of access, browser and device information and security logs may also be recorded.

3. Purposes

We process data in order to answer enquiries, coordinate viewings, check availability, prepare and administer contracts, handle payments, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing takes place under the Swiss Data Protection Act, in particular for the initiation and performance of a contract, on the basis of legal obligations and on the basis of legitimate interests in secure and efficient operation. Where required, we obtain consent.

5. Recipients and processors

We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. (USA, server functions in Frankfurt): operation and delivery of the website and cookie-free audience measurement. Pages are served through Vercel’s worldwide delivery network; requests from Switzerland are handled by European nodes. Technical logs containing IP address and time are generated in the process.
• Supabase, Inc. (USA, database located in Zurich, Switzerland): the database in which your enquiry is stored. It runs on Amazon Web Services in region eu-central-2 (Zurich).
• Resend, Inc. (USA): delivery of the email that notifies us of your enquiry. The details from the form are transmitted for this purpose. The delivery itself runs through Amazon Web Services in region eu-west-1 (Ireland); Amazon acts as Resend’s sub-processor.
• Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC (USA): Google Maps after you click (section 7) and Google Analytics only after your consent (section 9).

These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and to compliance with data protection law. Any disclosure to the USA is based on recognised safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses. Beyond that we only pass on data where we are legally obliged to. Data is never sold.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept only for as long as it is needed for processing, proof, contract administration and statutory retention obligations. Enquiries that are not pursued are deleted or anonymised on a regular basis once the purpose no longer applies.

7. Maps and external links

A Google Maps map is embedded on the home page. It is loaded when you choose «Accept all» in the cookie dialog or later approve the map separately for the current visit by selecting «Load map». Google then receives your IP address and browser and device details. Until one of these choices is made, the embedded map makes no connection to Google. The directions link opens Google Maps in a new window. Google's own privacy policy applies to its processing of data. This website may link to further external services, for whose data processing the respective operators are responsible.

8. Your rights

Within the limits of applicable law you may request information, correction, deletion, restriction or release of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent you have given. Statutory retention obligations and overriding legitimate interests remain reserved.

9. Cookies and analytics

Necessary storage technology records your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. We use Vercel Web Analytics for audience and conversion measurement; this service works without cookies or an identifier that recognises you across visits. After you choose «Accept all», we also use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-1Y8SR4Y7R7 and load Google Maps automatically. Google may then set cookies and process pages visited, time, approximate region, browser, device and IP address information, and interactions. If you choose «Necessary only», Google Analytics is not loaded and the map remains blocked until separately approved. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through «Cookie settings» in the footer. Form entries, contact details, messages and reference numbers are not sent to either analytics service.

10. Security and changes

We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures. This policy may be adapted if the website, our processes or the legal situation change. The version published at the time applies.
