Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website and when you send a viewing, reservation or rental enquiry.
1. Controller
Sajinth & Partner GmbH, Oberneuhofstrasse 6, 6340 Baar, Switzerland. Contact: info@sajinth-partner.ch, phone +41 41 244 25 24.
2. Data processed
When you submit an enquiry we process in particular your name, company, email address, phone number, the unit you are interested in, the appointment or rental start date, contract language, payment preference, message, language and an internal reference number. Technically, your IP address, the time of access, browser and device information and security logs may also be recorded.
3. Purposes
We process data in order to answer enquiries, coordinate viewings, check availability, prepare and administer contracts, handle payments, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing takes place under the Swiss Data Protection Act, in particular for the initiation and performance of a contract, on the basis of legal obligations and on the basis of legitimate interests in secure and efficient operation. Where required, we obtain consent.
5. Recipients and processors
We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (USA, servers in Frankfurt, delivered from European data centres): operation and delivery of the website and the audience measurement. Technical logs containing IP address and time are generated in the process.
- Supabase, Inc. (USA, database located in Zurich, Switzerland): the database in which your enquiry is stored.
- Resend, Inc. (USA): delivery of the email that notifies us of your enquiry. The details from the form are transmitted for this purpose.
- Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC (USA): display of the map, but only after you click, see section 7.
These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and to compliance with data protection law. Any disclosure to the USA is based on recognised safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses. Beyond that we only pass on data where we are legally obliged to. Data is never sold.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as it is needed for processing, proof, contract administration and statutory retention obligations. Enquiries that are not pursued are deleted or anonymised on a regular basis once the purpose no longer applies.
7. Maps and external links
A Google Maps map is embedded on the home page. It is not loaded automatically: at first only a notice is shown, and the map is only retrieved from Google once you click «Load map». In doing so, Google receives your IP address as well as browser and device details. This consent applies to the current visit only and is not stored by us. As long as you do not click, no connection to Google takes place. The same applies to the route link, which opens Google Maps in a new window. Google's own privacy policy applies to its processing of data. This website may link to further external services, for whose data processing the respective operators are responsible.
8. Your rights
Within the limits of applicable law you may request information, correction, deletion, restriction or release of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent you have given. Statutory retention obligations and overriding legitimate interests remain reserved.
9. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies for advertising, recognition or profiling and embeds no advertising networks. For audience measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics. That service works without cookies and without any identifier that would make you recognisable across visits; only aggregated details such as the page viewed, the approximate region and the device type are collected. Conclusions about individual people are therefore not possible. For that reason this website shows no cookie banner.
10. Security and changes
We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures. This policy may be adapted if the website, our processes or the legal situation change. The version published at the time applies.
11. Language
This is a translation for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version at /datenschutz prevails.
