All 56 dedicated desks are numbered and personally assigned. The price follows the work zone, from the lively community area to the entirely call-free Silent Focus zone. Every desk can be selected individually on the interactive floor plan. If you need a lockable room, private offices start at CHF 700 per month.
Four work zones instead of one open-plan room
The 966 m² floor is divided into four acoustically separated zones, each with its own character. If you make a lot of calls, you work in Team + Community with both call booths within reach. If you need quiet, you choose Silent Focus (entirely call-free) or Quiet Work with 16 fixed and 2 flex desks. There is also a meeting room for 8–10 people, a video studio, a focus room, two kitchens and a lounge with reception.
