What is included
The same as with a fixed desk. There is no stripped-down flex package: Wi-Fi, utilities, electricity, cleaning, furniture, kitchen, lounge, the meeting room for 8–10 people, two call booths, video studio and focus room, plus access around the clock on all seven days. Where the flex desks are
F01 and F02 are in Quiet Work for focused work; F03 and F04 are in Team + Community, with the lounge and both call booths within reach. This lets you choose the part-time model that matches your preferred working atmosphere. On the interactive floor plan they are marked F01 to F04.

How much does a desk by the day cost in Zug?+
The flex desk at WorkZug in Zug costs CHF 290 per month and includes 10 days of use, which works out at CHF 29 per working day. For comparison: day passes in canton Zug cost between CHF 20 and CHF 40. All prices exclude VAT.
What happens to days I do not use?+
The 10 days apply per calendar month and expire at month end. If you regularly need more, a fixed desk from CHF 400 works out cheaper, and you can switch at any time without a new contract.
Do I need to book in advance?+
No. Come whenever it suits you, including evenings and weekends, since access runs around the clock. F01 and F02 are in Quiet Work, while F03 and F04 are in Team + Community; when the floor is busy, a short message beforehand helps.
How does this differ from a fixed desk?+
A fixed desk is assigned to you personally and numbered, so you can leave your screen and papers in place. The flex desk is a full workstation without a permanent assignment, at a part-time price. Equipment, kitchen, lounge, meeting room and call booths are identical.
