The operator is Sajinth & Partner GmbH, entered in the commercial register of the canton of Zug. We lease the second floor at Oberneuhofstrasse 6 in Baar ourselves, planned it ourselves and work in it.

Is there a beverage plan?+

Can I rent a parking space?+
Yes. Parking spaces are available for CHF 100 per month, subject to availability.
Is a business address included?+
No. A business address with mail acceptance is CHF 100 per month, or CHF 180 including letter forwarding.
How is the meeting room booked?+
Tenants book it free of charge in the internal calendar, for up to two hours per appointment and 14 days ahead.
When are the workspaces available?+
The spaces are available now. After your request we confirm the specific unit personally; move-in is usually possible within seven days.
How can I rent an office or workspace?+
Choose the unit on the floor plan and send a reservation or rental request. After review, you receive the contract in German or English.

How much does a private office in Zug cost?+

What if the zone does not suit me?+
Then you move. Within the first 30 days you may switch to another zone once, free of charge. No new minimum term starts. If the new zone costs more, you pay only the difference from the day you move; if it costs less, your rent goes down accordingly.
What happens when my team grows?+
You move from your fixed desk into a private office as soon as one is free, and the time already rented counts towards it. No new minimum term arises. Because private offices carry a deposit, one month’s rent of the new office becomes due as security when you move.
